Madrid 

Madrid, also known as the most passionate city is Europe, is merely a reflection of the best of Sapnish culture and lifestyle. Regarded as the culinary capital of Europe, Madrid houses some of the most innovative and authentic Spanish restaurants that offer a lavish spread of innovative gourmet combined with the spectacular medieval architecture, best galleries and top museums like Prado showcasing both contemporary and early European art. La Rioja

Situated to the north east of the Castilla y León is the exquisite wine producing region of La Rioja. Also popular for its tranquil pilgrimage churches, the region offers the best of gourmet cuisine, architecture and the finest red wines. For the adventurers, you can get a hands-on experience of preparing wine the traditional way and take away a bottle as a fruit of your own labor!

 

San Sebastian (Basque Region)

A resort town set in the picturesque Basque country of Spain, San Sebastian is known for its sunny beaches, urban sophistication, Spanish indulgence and the Christian pilgrimage route. Spend the day relaxing on any of the bay front resorts or indulge in some sea surfing and water sport. If you prefer some countryside exploration, a 5 hour walking trail of The Way of St. John offers the most breathtaking landscapes of the Basque coastline and the surrounding mountain ranges.

 

Ovieda & Asturias

Your next stop is the city of Oviedo – the capital town of the Asturias region. Famed for its Gothic medieval architecture and some of the finest Spanish art museums set up in Royal palaces, the old town has given way to the modern city which is home to a large student population. Porto & north

Our next pit stop is the Portugal town of Porto, with postcard perfect landscapes and landmark bridges that are best enjoyed from its sky high miradouros (lookouts). Even as the city paces up for growth, disguising as any other 21st century metropolis, the soaring seagulls that ride the Atlantic breeze, beckon seekers to the ocean for a relaxing and contemplating afternoon. A walk along the coastal trail leading to Matosinhos opens up breathtaking vistas, winding past sandy bathing spots. Lisbon (exit point)

The final destination of the trip is Portugal’s capital city of Lisbon.
